Room was adequate. Very nice woman at check in. However our tv didn’t work. Requested assistance but no one showed up. When we were ready to go to the airport they took us, did not have to wait at all. Will return for our next flight out of Rochester, NY.

Lobby was decorated nice for the holidays. Outside doors were rarely locked and never needed a key to enter. Room had rusted hangers, a broken vent, burn marks on the counter, and a dirty shower that I did not feel comfortable going barefoot in or even taking a shower. Every hallway smelled like marijuana. Parking seemed safe for the two nights, location was convenient to pretty much everything, and wasn't too noisy considering it's not far from the airport.

Had to change the room twice due to rooms not being clean. However, the manager was very accomodating and he checked out the cleanliness of the third room.

Love the staffs friendliness very attentive and happy to help gave us details about the area and all the options we had around to go eat. Didnt like that the rooms smelled like Marijuana even tho it said no smoke. Didn't like that they didnt have elevator. It was hard getting our luggage up the stairs. Overall the staff was what really made us stayed. They need a bonuses

I went to Rochester ny for my second time I need it a place just to sleep so I booked this motel 6 was my worse experience I found a person sleeping in my room my first night which they had to change my room ,the room are not clean the bathroom was not clean nothing was clean the bed mattress was dirty I do not recommend this place better close
