"This was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. The views from the deck were amazing, and the beach access right next door made it incredibly convenient. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. The space was just right for my boyfriend, our dog, and me—comfortable without feeling cramped. The photos were accurate to a tee.The place was immaculate. I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually bring my own supplies, but that wasn’t necessary here—everything was extremely clean. The cleaning crew was right on time at checkout, which made things easy.The bathroom was great, and the skylight made the space feel brighter and more open. The rooftop deck was a highlight—we enjoyed wine with beautiful views, including both sunrise over the ocean and sunset toward the bay. Having beach chairs available was such a nice touch.We had neighbors in the adjacent condo with a dog as well and didn’t hear them at all—it was easy and comfortable sharing the space.A couple minor notes: the instructions made it seem like we needed to bring basics like toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels, but those were provided. Bringing our own sheets was a bit unusual, and the pillows could use an update.We visited in the off-season, so some nearby restaurants were closed and we had to drive, which we didn’t mind. The host was quick with responses for all of our inquiries. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would absolutely come back!"

"We had a pet so we were in the building across the way. The beach was only a short walk away. We were too early in the season to rate the bar and restaurant as they were not open yet. Staff were super helpful! Very nice place to stay - good location as well! "

"When I went to the establishment the building was closed for the season a employee met me with keys and explained they tried to get in touch with me through Expedia , which I did not see a message saying they were closed , only saying about road construction in front of the building The women said I could have the keys to the hotel and stay alone without any staff there , my daughter and I were not comfortable with the situation ,and explained to me she had another hotel down the road that people were staying at so I opted to go there once we arrived she explained to me that the staff leaves at 9:00 again due to this hotel not being open yet with the off season .so my daughter and I proceeded out to look for a hotel open for the season as we were not comfortable We found hotel LBI which is the same owners as the Boulevard and the spray . The employees at Hotel LBI were amazing and explained to us those hotels are not open yet as those other hotels were Hotel LBI's sister hotels ( they own those properties too ) the women I dealt with at the boulevard never once told me they were affiliated with Hotel LBI I returned back to the spray hotel and got our bags and explained to the man behind the counter we were very uncomfortable staying there overnight without any employees nor security cameras She told me I would get her a refund if I chose to not stay , very disappointed Now o have to fight with my cc to try and get this charge off"
