"Unfortunately the oven did not work, we had to change the gas bottle as the oven was out of gas and then the grill worked but not the oven. Was a little disappointing as we had taken breakfast to cook. Also noted, we were charged extra for 2 additional guests but there was only a small milk - certainly not enough for 4 adults for 2 nights. These are little things overall but did reduce the star rating for us. The communication re check in was great, very clean, the home lovely and quiet. Overall a good stay. "

"Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. "

"This property is fantastic. I really enjoyed the story surrounding the building (being built up in the last couple of years with the original building being 184 years old!). Everything was very clean and cosy and is the perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The communication from the host is perfect, she really went above and beyond to make the stay as easy as possible. "
