"System here a few times, good hotel and clean nice rooms. Only issue, says sound proof, not all rooms ate, so make sure you get a room Away from the train station side, the noise from train will keep you up. "

"The rooms a quite different at this place. I’ve stayed 3 times at a good rate. So I gave it 5 stars for the price. Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat."

"The main door into the room has gaps through which cold air was blowing continuously. This made the room very cold. The Aircon did not work properly, as the room was cold I had set the temperature to 28. Unfortunately, it was still cold. One of the thermal blankets was not working. If the above problems are rectified, then it would be an excellent accommodation and great value for money. Overall, it is budget friendly."
