"Clean room Lazy river"

"Our sheets could been changed at least once due to we were here a week and sheets were never changed. CARMEN in your dining area was amazing she asked us of we needed anything every morning and evennon our last day she made sure she said by and come back soon. The frront desk was very help getting us right in and out and helpful with our ticket purchasing."

"This was my second stay the rooms were updated and clean the pool was accessible the grounds were safe and clean. The included breakfast was decent. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holidays and every desk manager that I encountered was top tier polite respectful and friendly helpful! Location is prime right off of a main thoroughfare if other interests should arise. Will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando."

"Nice hotel but mediocre breakfast "

"Breakfast was great but get down there early. On our last day (12/23) we got there about 915 am. Line was too long to stick around because we had plans. Had to pick up breakfast on the way. Room was spacious and clean. I slept on the sofa but didnt unfold it. I removed back cushions and put the sheet on the couch cushions. They offered better support and cushion. Slept well but was exhaused from walking the parks all day. Parking is ample but no EV charging."
