"The shower did not fully let out a stream of water, the facuet waa running water at the same time. The door waa extremely hard to keep open"

"We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. There were droppings in the closet that looked like mouse poop. The bathroom was not clean and the light fixture had never been cleaned. The towels felt like sad paper on your skin. This isn't a huge deal but the TV was completely fuzzy and you couldn't read the guide because it was so distorted. We were told there was towels at the pool, but there were none. A lot of little things wrong but the biggest was the black mold. Hopefully they will get this fixed, but we will never stay there again."

"This was the cutest surprise to our regular trips we make to Leesburg for softball. Building 3 rooms on the weekend can be a little loud but nothing that kept us from sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and possibly just remember that building has night life. Management was on site when we checked in which was very smooth."

"Everything was perfect! The house was roomy and open. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. The pool was very nice. The boat dock had a roof which made it nice when it rained. The boat stayed dry! Having the lights on the boat dock was pretty nice too. We had dinner a few times at Mary’s kitchen located 5 minutes away. Great homestyle food! The Beauclair over in Dora was amazing! The salted fry in Dora was gluten free and delicious! We hope to come back and stay again! This house has been our favorite so far out of all the places we’ve stayed. "

"The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a jacket/pants were left hanging in a wardrobe. The beds were okay except for the pillows; everyone complained about them being so uncomfortable. We were there for a wedding, so we spent minimal time in the home. There was only 1 towel allotted per guest, no hand towels, and no washcloths. We went to Target, purchased them, and left them for future guests. I noticed a previous comment about the smell of marijuana. We smelled it as well. Our check-in time was pushed back an hour, and when we arrived, it was still not ready. We waited an additional 30 minutes. The cleaning crew told us they needed more time. We asked for an 11 am check out and were given that request. Quiet neighborhood. With improvements to the upkeep and furniture, it could be a 5 star house. "
