"This was a great home. My only complaint was the pool needed to be cleaned or have a vacuum to keep it cleaned. And the water and icemaker on the fridge do not work and the tap water it’s terrible. It would have been nice to know that before we arrived because we got in so late and had to door dash ice and water. Other than that is was a great house and has amazing indoor and outdoor communal space "

"Clean house. Great communication. May sound silly but I especially loved and appreciated that we didn't have to do all the chores before checkout. It made for a nice, easy, early departure without having to get up extra early to do the strip the beds, start the wash, etc. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I first want to say that communication was fast with the host. I will not deny that. Its a cute house and has so much potential, but for me and my family missed the mark. I will number the issues backed up by photos. I'm not sure where previous vrbo renters are getting their info but here it is. 1.The beds are old. All of them. The master bedroom. I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch. The full size bed they kept sinking into the center of the bed.The other king with bath the bed was lumpy. After one of my family members left, I washed the sheets and bedcover and remade the bed. The twin in the kids room was the same lumpy. These beds are all old. 2.The house smelled of mold and there are fabreeze plug-ins everywhere. I found out why the mold smell was in the house, the air conditioner A frame is covered in black mold. Not only that the filter looked to be over due for change also. 3.The pool stairs are unsafe only one screw on the left side and they wobbled horribly. The deck was covered in muddy foot prints and the screen porch is missing it screen and is laying on the ground. 4.The deck area to the canal is dangerous it's unlevel and the handrails are crumbling. 5.The chess game has missing pieces. My husband loves playing chess and we could not play. 6. There isnt any kitchen washing rags.No dishwasher soap(we bought some) we also had to buy tp because there was 2 rolls for 2 ppl/5 days. I will NOT be renting again Exhausted from no sleep & back pain."

"The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a home away from home. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool and dock by the canal were both a big hit for our teens and adults. We will definitely be back! "
