"We stayed here as a small group. The space was large, clean, and the staff very helpful. Special shout-out to Jose at the front desk. He was incredibly professional and was calm and kind even when a large influx of people checked in. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were also really nice. Would stay here again if I was in London"

"We only stayed one night and didn't really use any amenities. Restaurant does close pretty early; we arrived around 6/7 pm and it was closed but there are lots of restaurants around so it was no big deal. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was terrific. Overall I'd stay there again."

"Always a great hotel to stay at when visiting London. Yes there is a halfway house next-door. But you feel totally safe at the hotel. Never any issues. The room was very clean. The property was very clean. You have to swipe your key car just about everywhere to ensure no one wanted guests come in to the hotel. Great price. Easy parking, indoor or outdoor.. Decent continental breakfast."

"We had a great stay at this location. The rooms look modern and newly renovated. The rooms were clean and fresh. We were at an event close by and the staff was very accommodating with allowing us to leave our car parked for few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of food and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help guests, keep breakfast area clean and had hot food coming out quickly. Especially because there was an event happening so there was a lot of people. Thanks. I would definitely stay here again"

"The bedsheet had stained on it, the couch was poorly managed, I got scratched on my side. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Breakfast had nothing left when I went at 9:30 when the time on weekends was 10am to close. The only good thing is parking. "
