"We had a wonderful time discovering Mossy Point and Broulee.The cottage was in a great location, quiet and so comfortable with an excellent stocked new kitchen. We slept so well in comfortable bed. The bikes were great and we had fun using them.Rachal is a generous host and easy to communicate with, thank you for sharing Breezy Perch."

"The outside of the house was covered in spiderwebs and the yard was overgrown. The clothes line was hard to use as there was vegetation all around it. No washing basket, no iron or ironing board. The outdoor furniture was all piled together on the veranda. We had to sweep the veranda when we arrived. There needs to be a huge clean up in the yard. The house is OK - not super clean- average. We won’t be staying again. "

"The property exterior was filthy-deck/bbq more or less unuseable/broken 3rd top step on rear stairs safety hazzard/outdoor setting unuseable.we ran out of hot water day2-cold/no showers one night.no way property cold shower 6 guests twice daily.inside ok but strange power for cooking.Non current web photos of townhouse.we left a day early and should have left on entry as I wanted.Terrible experience and in marked contrast to Bowral Belle.Mossy Point -2/12 River Rd-terrible."

"Great location, great facilities, great staff (Steph is a credit to the park, very helpful and accommodating!), great lake for swimming as well as a pool and Sports Club right next door with good food and drinks. A stone's throw to the beach which is gorgeous as well. I think the team at Ingenia even had something to do with the perfect weather we got too!"
