"Second time we have stayed and it was just as fabulous! Beautiful room, fully stocked mini bar with a niche variety of drinks and snacks. Love the bathroom amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 location. My only wish is that we could have a cocktail and sit in the outdoor area. Each time we have been it has been packed down/appears closed. Such a beautiful space that I hope to utilise next time we visit! "

"We were unsure due to the address on Spit Rd, BUT it was fantastic! Double glazing and no sound overnight. Slept so well. Comfortable for 4 x adults. Parking onsite was so good. Close to Balmoral Beach and we loved it to stroll around. Would recommend and return. Thanks! "

"Was disappointed in the size of the unit and also the balcony was over looking the neighbours property with scaffolding. The place was clean and beds comfy. The dishes were filthy though. Had to clean mugs and kettle before use, thoroughly. The key situation also has us on edge. It saw us put something at the front door for security. I wouldn’t stay more than one night and definitely not with more than 2 adults and 2 kids. Was very crowded. "
