Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Douchka will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.

This 1 bedroom apartment has just been fully renovated and will seduce you with it's cosy decoration. Ideal south facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Very happy with this place

Very convenient access from the parking, a Sherpa at the base of the property, a short push to access the ski run and a very comfortable, well equipped apartment ideal for 2. If you have kids, the second bed is a sofa bed. The agency staff were fast and friendly and overall very pleased with our stay.

Plus petit que le rendu des photos au format grand angle mais beaucoup de charme, décoré avec goût. La situation est parfaite. Et vos collaborateurs sont sympathiques et à l'écoute Une porte séparant le couloir devant le wc et le séjour (pour intimiser les espaces pour dormir).
