Brendon’s communication was impeccable and much appreciated to ensure things were going smoothly throughout our stay. The kids loved daily outings to the lake and Jay Peak was a short drive away. "A small group of friends decided to stay here for the 2024 eclipse and it was the PERFECT house choice. The space was cozy, everything was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of room for all 3 of us to make meals together. We loved using the deck at night to stargaze since we are city dwellers and don't get to see the night sky very often. "Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)"

The care and detail that went into this property cannot be overstated. "We stayed with 2 families of 5 as our base camp for a weekend on the snow at Jay Peak. The home was very comfortable. The kids all loved the pool & foosball tables, and the adults loved the well appointed & stocked kitchen & the secret pantry :-) It snowed off & on the whole weekend, & we saw fishermen on the ice, but the lake looked like it would be really lovely in the summer."

"Our stay was fantastic! The cabin is part of a small farm. We had a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the cabin. The cabin (second floor of a larger barn) was larger than expected and with a great kitchen. The wifi connection worked great, but the mobile phone reception was not, which was fine for us. The host was very welcoming and the stay included eggs from the farm from the hens that walked around the yard. There is a farm stand at the first floor of the cabin were the host sold...

"Can’t say enough good things about our time in Vermont. The property owner was extremely attentive (had an issue with the furnace he had fixed immediately); I had reached out for a local photographers name and were sent several. The property was perfect for us, location was beautiful, house was very clean and had anything you would need. I could go on and on. We will definitely stay here again!!!"
