"The bed linen had wee stains on the duvet. Spoke to the host and she assured me it had been cleaned. The breakfast bar closed very early and did not look fresh. reception didn't offer any info about the hotel. The pool was also very cold and therefore not usable. It felt like a hotel that was running on the bear minimum."

"My room was on the small side but it was still everything I needed. The bathroom was very small but with a big high window I was able to shower in almost full sunlight which, if you haven’t done that, you should try it. The breakfast is simple (cereal/toast) but it’s a bargain. There were some noisy guests who were coming and going late at night and early in the morning, but I can hardly downgrade my review because of other guests. "

"We had the best time. The house was beautiful & had everything you could possible need. Our only feedback was the pillows were too soft but we like harder pillows & the sink in the master wasn’t cleaned very well. We completely understand that the turnover needs to be quick but it may be worth doing a final wipe over. This did not hinder anything & we will definitely rebook this place next time we head to Bathurst. "

"Didn't realize there was a kitchen. The Bathroom smelt musty. The curtains need cleaning. There were dead insects eg. Moth, Black Beetle and Small Brown Millipede, these dead insects were in the corner on the floor next to Bedside Table near the Bathroom Wall side. They had been there for sometime."
