"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Sakala - rooms were very clean, choice and food at restaurants was great, including the very extensive breakfast buffet! The basement rooms do have dehumidifiers in and can smell a bit damp, which was fine for a few days stay but may be worth upgrading for longer. Staff were all super attentive and friendly - would recommend to others!!"

"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice!

I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you!
Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again.
BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special.
We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year!

"A group of 20 came here for my girlfriend 50th birthday and everything was AMAZING from the time we arrived (almost 8pm). When i say this place is BEAUTIFUL that would be an understatement. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only thing is when doing tours and you want to grab a quick bite make sure it's not a $90 lobster :-). I tried the Luwak coffee and that would be a HARD PASS for me. Just staying around the resort is so serene and peaceful. The rooms and hotel are VERY CLEAN. The staff there are very polite attentive and will above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This was my first LONG distance flight and when i say i will gladly do it again to be at this resort i will. Sofitel Nusa Dua owes me NOTHING this was a lifetime experience. I definitely will be visiting in the near future. I LOVED THIS HOTEL
Oh the beach is very clean not much seaweed but there is an issue with the water receding. If you get up for morning sunrise you will see what I'm referring to.
But overall the trip was AMAZING WONDERFUL & WELL PLANNED AT SOFITEL NUSA DUA BALI."
