"Definitely not 4 stars rather 3 and i am pushing it. Biggest problem of this hotel is staff unmotivated, from reception desk (told him wanted room away from elevator and gave us room right next to elevator) to waiters (reminding him first waiter he did not charge us for first round of drinks and him tellingbis he did not remember serving us)to shuttle driver (shuttle reeks cigarettes) Coffe in room is instant coffee "

"Adequate for an overnight layover. Easy to get to once you figure out how to get to the CDGVAL. The hotel instructions were lacking in that respect."

"I was a little worried about staying at an off site hotel. I am 100% glad I did. Ki hotel was so clean, the pool was amazing, the room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. The shuttle thy provided to go back and forth to train station was reliable and frequent. Had a great stay! Would 100% recommend to anybody. They have their own honey bees on the roof and the restaurant and breakfast were outstanding."

"The luggage storage area was great waiting for transportation to the airport. There’s a Starbucks you can sit in while waiting. As for the rooms - beds weren’t comfortable, they were quite hard. There are no fitted sheets over the mattresses, only just a thin sheet and duvet cover. It wasn’t even checkout time yet and three times room service entered our room to turn the room over for the next guests while we were still there. There’s no mini fridge to store anything so beware especially if you have medications that need refrigeration."

"I genuinely don’t even know where to begin—this was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. What was supposed to be a magical trip for my daughter’s birthday turned into a complete disaster, entirely because of this hotel. Dream Castle Hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but that is beyond misleading—it doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of a roadside motel. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. After an exhausting eight-hour flight with two young children, we arrived hoping for at least a bit of understanding or basic human decency. Instead, we were met by the worst front desk representative I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She refused to let us check in even a minute before 3 PM—no flexibility, no empathy, nothing. My children were so exhausted they were literally sleeping on the lobby couch, and she showed absolutely no concern. The hotel itself is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly just dirty. Everything feels old, worn down, and neglected. The amenities are in terrible condition, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. At one point, I grabbed a sandwich from the bar and it was completely frozen inside with the frozen chicken you couldn’t bite on. The fridge in our room was not working upon arrival and when I called to fix it, it was not fixed at all ,nobody even came. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Large , clean and quiet room. Brian at the front desk was very helpful! The dinner selection was good. The breakfast very good with excellent coffee made to order. Quick walk to airport terminals."
