The staff was very kind allowing us to check in early during a huge snowstorm. The breakfast and front desk service were very good. The pull out couch bed and the pillows were not comfortable.

Good hotel, service and location for Disney

Good for visiting Disney, only takes 22 minutes on the bus and bus stop is 6 minutes walk away. Good value comparing to Disney hotels and very good breakfast, it is great to set you off for the day!

Great for disney, super easy to get there just 10 mins in the car. Everywhere seemed clean. Breakfast was ok, what you would expect. Beds were pretty comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfy beds, loved the complementary breakfast buffet. Our kids loved the Game room too. Staff were polite and helpful all the time.

The room was clean and inviting. The fan in the room worked great keeping us very comfortable. We enjoyed having the bus stops only a few minutes walk away. The breakfast included many delicious options, and the breakfast staff was very helpful. The front desk staff was very kind, and I watched the woman staff immediately, and happily, help another family with getting a crib for their child. My only disappointments were the bed seemed very hard, and the pillows were difficult to sleep on (of course, this is subjective), and when using the coffee maker to make hot water for tea, the coffee from a previous user was in the hot water (running hot water through the machine each time the room is cleaned would solve this). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
