Love staying at this property! Rooms are large and quiet. Bed and pillows are comfy. Staff is professional and attentive. Self-parking is right behind the hotel. Easy walk to everything wonderful about Montreal (architecture, history, food, drinks, shopping, entertainment).

Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The room that I stayed - one bedroom king size bed - was a very tired looking room. The duvet cover had a stain on it and the sofa had many stains on the seat cushion. The bathroom was outdated. There was evidence of mould (orange coloured)
in the tub area and the baseboards were dirty and dusty.

Ordered room service after a long day that was never delivered, forcing me to go to bed hungry. Not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber and the price paid for my stay.

Very responsive. You can call the front desk for a microwave. I call it the red neck special, but you have to call to get a fridge and microwave in most upscale hotels nowadays. The place was top notch, to include the bar and restaurant.

Valet service was excellent. We didn't know studded tires would be a parking issue but they helped us solve the problem.

We normally stay in the suite with a single king bed. We prefer that layout versus the two bed suite.

I booked deluxe room with king bed but it's different with the pictures they provided, small room, no sofa. And we asked for the slippers it takes 30min, we had to call 3 times to check. Also heater is not working, I turned on heater for one hour but never worked. Someone came to fix it it also takes another minutes but they can't fix it we had to move another room. They are kept saying two level upgrade room with good view but you know what I didn't want to get better room i just wanted to spend our last night of Montreal well. we lost our night. Of course thanks for changing the room but you know I couldn't sleep in that room they had to change cuz they gave me terrible condition room it means even they didn't check before taking customers.

Room was not as nice as pictured and the thermostat controls didn’t ever seem to work - resulting in a very hot room. Lighting in room did not all work - too dark. One night the toilet decided to overflow for no apparent reason. Would not recommend.
