"We had an excellent experience. We love that little cottage clean as a whistle excellent location so many destinations to visit are within 40 miles will definitely be back. The property owners are super nice people."

"My family of 7 adults stayed at this home & we loved everything about it. It is a beautiful home with amazing views. There was plenty of room for all of us & it is in a quiet area away from everything. It was clean & had everything we needed. It is far from the town of Sedona & a lot of the activities but we preferred it that way. We wanted to get away & relax after a busy day hiking. There were a few hiccups but they were responded to quickly. We definitely recommend this house & If we go back to the area we would definitely stay here again."
"Despite the hiccup with check-in it was handled expeditiously. The Lake Montezuma area delivered!! It was such a nice place to stay. I strongly recommend the nearby Peach Tree Cafe. The home was updated and comfortable. I just ignored the spiders, and they ignored me. Overall, great stay."
"The description of the place is not accurate. It’s no privacy. They do not tell you in the description that it will be a guy staying next to you in the in the attached cabin with a dog. Me and my fiancé had to cook our food with the toaster oven because the owner of the dog kept letting the dog out on the patio. We basically stayed inside for three days with the beautiful weather because it was no privacy on the property. I ordered Uber eats and the guy that was staying next-door which he never told me who he was and what he meant to the property came out and was rude to the Uber driver. We had a three night stay in for the price that we paid. I feel like we was robbed because we couldn’t enjoy the experience of the outdoors. "
