"Property fit the VRBO description well! Kids and adults definitely enjoyed playing ping pong, using the pool table and the swim spa/hot tub. Adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Spacious upstairs and downstairs. Within 2 hrs of airport. Situated in quaint Cottonwood and 20 minutes from Sedona. Close to many different hiking trails. Beds very comfortable. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens worked great for our Thanksgiving Day feast. Clara and Maddie from Sedona Premier were accessible and helpful. "

"I booked this for my wife’s bday weekend. It was for us & our 2wk old baby. Nowhere in the description did it say it came w/ cigar and cigarette smoke coming through a vent in the rm from a diff. unit/living area; to where my wife, being an asthmatic, couldn’t step in the rm & we had the door shut to try and stop the smell from coming into the living area. Well, the smell got stronger and music louder and every few minutes we would hear a few guys yelling. My wife started saying she felt like her throat was closing up and was literally standing outside in the pitch black with our newborn refusing to come inside because she couldn’t breathe in there, so my next step was message the owner of the property. She stated there was no central hvac so she didn’t know who could be doing that, then I told her the noise was coming from the closet to the right if you’re facing it- her response was “go knock on their door and ask them to stop or give them the phone I’ll tell them”. I was alone with my wife and child and there’s at least 3 drunk guys in a rm- the owner is saying to go and give them my phone. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable and that if it didn’t stop we would have to leave because my wife can’t breathe. She agreed it was unacceptable, promised our money back the next day and is now avoiding my messages. I’m filing a civil case against her and wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to stay there. Oh and VRBO isn’t helping either- beware."

"This little house was SOOOOO PERFECT! It was super cozy and had everything we needed for a short weekend trip! Mike was super kind and very helpful as well. Everything was clean and close to stores and about 25-30 mins away from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. "

"The location was perfect to be out of the high tourist Sedona area. The house had all the bells and whistles, the hot tub, cold dunk, and sauna. I wish we could have used the domes more, but the daytime was extremely hot, and nighttime was a little too cold. We were able to see the stars outside the domes easier. The area was really peaceful after being in the crowds. "

"What a cute little cabin. The owners attention to detail makes this place so charming. Just a 10 minute drive to local amenities. Old Cottonwood is about a 15 minute drive. A must see area. Then very close to Sedona and other wineries. We had a very memorable weekend. Hope to stay there again!"
