The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste.

Location good, near the city and expo but the hotel really needs to be renovated completely. Big hotel and with big property on the grounds. A hotel brand needs to take over.

Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. We arrived on a Saturday early evening and left Monday morning. The pool and gym were both closed by the time we arrived and all day on Sunday. That was very disappointing. Also, I’ve learned Italian showers are small but this one wins the prize for smallest! Otherwise, good stay.

Very dissapointing
Super old rooms, smell of smoke, don't be fooled by the exterior which is renovated. Breakfast is good though and you can ask for hot meals.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast offering. I do think it should be made clearer in their listing that the gym and pool is not actually part of the hotel and costs an additional €8 a day to use. It is on the listing but they couldnt hide it more if they tried!

This property did not meet my expectations at all. I chose this location because we wanted to take a swim after being out all day. We ended up arriving and the hotel pool was had closed for the day. Because the pool was closed, the staff upgraded our room to executive. The bed was hard and the pillows were thin as paper. I woke up the next morning in so much pain due to being uncomfortable all night. The mini bar had two waters in the refrigerator and no other amentities in the room. I will not stay in this hotel again. The breakfast was good and I recommend it.

Vincenza stop over
We traveled from Como and needed a room near Bassano del Grappa, or along the way, because we had to leave Como in the evening, it's about 2.5 hours to drive. We decided Vincenza would be close enough. We booked prior via internet and chose Hotel Castelli because they had breakfast, internet and parking. The room was clean. Breakfast was great, they had scrambled eggs and ham for hot food. There was also yogurt, cereal, croissants (apple filled!) and other sweet treats. You could get many different types of coffee from a machine and also espresso from a big machine. Location was easy to find.

Decent hotel but dated
Hotel was clean and very friendly staff, but it was a little dated and needed some repairs/updating (the shower in our room didn't work properly, so we had to use the tub). The hotel has a pool, sauna and gym but they are not easy to access. Other than that a decent hotel.

The wi-fi connection was very little and often fell, which meant we had to keep logging in and entering the password every time. There were points in the room where the wi-fi did not work at all. The bar is closed on weekends and the pool only open until 18h. Overall is a good hotel to sleep only. I say it's an average, ordinary hotel, but with a great location, easy to main roads leading to Venice, Rome, Florence. positive: very friendly and helpful.

Two hours from Venice!
We stayed here for one night in late October 2013 on our way back to Venice from La Spezia. We selected it based on price, parking, breakfast and location. We had a rental to drop off at the airport by midmorning, but didn't want to drive all the way in the previous evening. We had located the hotel on our way out to Milan so it would be easier to find on the way back. It's a large hotel with all the amenities and plenty of parking. The breakfast was quite adequate.

This is the worst hotel I have seen in many years. Four Stars really?? this is a hostel. I had someone else hairs in my bed.

In the middle of nowhere, difficult to find
Took 2 hours to find it. Nothing for miles and miles around was open after 6pm, not even gas stations. No complaints once I got there. Great gym!

Amazed that this is considered a 4 star hotel.
I checked in around midnight, and was really upset to find my room cold, ugly, and dirty. Had it been earlier in the evening, I would have changed to another hotel. I called the Reception to see if I could change to a room that had functional heating, but they said no. The room smelled, had mold on the walls, wallpaper that was peeling off, and a view of a slum. For these reasons alone I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, but there was also the less than terrific 1970's blue carpet, blue furniture, and blue bathroom that was the topping on the cake. Rest assured, it is certainly not a 4 star hotel.

Rather convinient for touring Venice (go by train). considering the price - good value for money,clean. Room ameneties - fair in the best case. Location convinient close to highway but in a backyard of a commercial building
