"Everything about this hotel is amazing. Location is perfect. They offer snacks, coffee, and other drinks for free in their small cafeteria. There is a happy hour at 5pm. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We will return."

"I love this hotel so much it was my second visit. I describe it as wholesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is superb for train station (2mins), city wallls (5 mins) and parkrun start line (5 min walk) Lucca is special and well worth a visit. I will certainly be back next next to stay and this lovely little hotel but please don’t forget the 3 mins plug adapter for Italy and not a standard EU plug."

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
