"This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! "

"My husband and young kids stayed here over May half term and we had a great time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely view from the bedrooms and balcony. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers and a cabana/sofa area which offers a bit of shade from the sun. The tiles around the pool are not slippy and the rest is artificial grass so was great for the boys to play on. It does get hot though! The villa is set up hill from the resorts so would need a car to get about, but it’s only a short drive to get to where there are shops, restaurants and bars are or the beach. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport by car too which was great. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Location great wonderful views peaceful birdsong is lovely whilst sunbathing or eating al frescoVilla is very well maintained everything worked equipped well in the kitchen The Villa is clean furnishings good qualitySwimming pool is clean with views whilst you swim!You must have a car for staying here I rate this Villa highly having stayed in many others over the years in Tenerife It is a credit to the owners who look after Villa well.We will be back."

"We have never spent as much time at our accommodation as we did on this holiday as the villa is just perfect. Great space both inside and particularly outside with a wonderful view. Such a relaxing ten days away mainly due to where we were staying."
"Really pleasant stay. We booked Alma Hostel on the day was an hour's notice. Check in was less than a minute and done online. Key codes are provided within a minute of check-in.
There are multiple private rooms, sizes vary. Our twin room had a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh smelling.
There are 2 lockable toilets/bathrooms one big (2 sinks, big shower, tiolet, bidet) and one small (normal size for a small house)
Didn't use the kitchen for anything more than hot water but had everything from ovens to hobs. Some people opted to make dinner with little trouble.
Lastly, it seems to be a new, not on a lot of maps (is on Google) and a couple locals had no idea it was there. However, it's above the supermarket and the door is opposite Hotel rural Vilaflor. "
"Really nice remote location, exactly what we were looking for. Communication before during and after was brilliant. Camila was always willing to help with a very quick response. Would definitely recommend a hire car as due to the remoteness brings other challenges. However would definitely stay again. "
