"This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful.
The pool was beautiful and very quiet.
The only downside was lack of children’s playground and it wasn’t great for running. "

"Ideal for hiking in the Teide National Park.
Very central in Villaflor, but with a large public parking space nearby.
Old, but functional facilities. "

"We had a wonderful week at this hotel that opened earlier this year. We stayed in a Junior suite sea view room (115) with a swim up pool. The room was spacious and our terrace had full sun all day. The staff are all amazing and so attentive We ate in Bonfire restaurant which was 10/10 I cannot fault this hotel - It is a little way out of La Caleta. I would say too far to walk in however there is a free shuttle that drops you down every evening that runs every 20 mins We will definitely be returning to this hotel It had a quiet and chilled vibe and the staff can’t do enough for you. "
"Without doubt the best Hotel in Tenerife by a mile. The staff are friendly and nothing is an issue no matter what. The food options are great and the gardens spectacular. Different pools to choose from. Night entertainment is fun, location to shops and beach are perfect. "
"Fabulous stay. Luxurious and totally chill resort. Quiet. Private. Friendly and professional service. Outstanding mountain view from the top level Infiniti pool. Immaculate landscaping throughout the resort. Large and nicely decorated villas. Food ok but could be improved."
"Great internet. The buffet breakfast had everything. I couldnt think of any food they did not have.
Friendly professional staff.
Cannot wait to get back."
