"This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night. An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon.
The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night.
I cannot say enough food things about our experience. We also used the spa services and they were superb. "

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I couldn't have made a better choice to surprise her with. From the service, far, above and beyond my expectations to the sheer beauty of the hotel itself, the unique setup of the villa's which are perfectly adorned and decorated very romantically, the private pool that connects to the river is so unique and it was one of our favourite parts. The restaurants and the food in general was incredible, very high-end and LUXURIOUS, that was the overall feeling. The value of the entire stay was once again above and beyond what I had ever expected. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to all of the major attractions but secluded enough to feel exclusive. Can't thank the staff enough for making our stay feel special. "
"This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean.
We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in 10-15 min walk along the beach. "
