Overall another very good stay, with great weather. Couple of minor items could be better: The gym was very busy on each morning, which prevented use & 3 of the machines were not working so compounding the problem. USB chargers in the rooms either don’t work, or cut out after a minutes use. Preventing easy charging of devices.

Loved the entertainment in the hotel and around the pool, nice touch. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Good food and branded drinks - being an all inclusive guest this is important and a factor in returning. Only thing when we went into the al a carte restaurant although given 30€ per person towards a meal wasn't expecting to pay 32€ per person for pasta however nice. Was happy to pay the extra for meal and drinks had but, not worth that price - we should have asked how much when the waiter was advising what was on offer re the specials but, we didn't - a lesson learnt. The Bell boys are dressed within keeping of the hotel so, think the remainder of the staff could take lead as well as this is a Hard Rock hotel. One of the reception staff who checked us in did look the part as well but he was the only one. Not sure about the décor (think they are feathers) in the reception desks look a little dated and not at all vibrant, However, this is my opion and overall the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Looking forward to the one being built in Malta as we holiday there every year.
