Really great and clean apartments, nice jacuzzi and good pool (but cold). Highly recommend this place, very close to excursions, beaches cafes, shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival the room we was allocated was occupied so we then had to find security who sorted us another room. On the 2nd day we woke up to banging and drilling at around 8am then was informed the pool would not be available due to maintenence work being carried out. So every morning was the same drilling, hammering etc at the same time each morning. The 3rd morning had no water so couldnt shower or flush bitbthis was sorted in around an hour. Disappointing but like.the location amd the view.

Nice typical studio apartment. Furnishings old fashioned, but didn't affect the stay. Sunny terrace and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy check in process and codes for the doors worked every time no problem. Cleaning came in every day and make beds and emptied bins, towels changed other 2 nights. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment, but it had hob, microwave and toaster.

Great location, room basic but clean and comfortable- just what we booked and wanted. The swimming pool was not open. Check-in quite stressful, had to call the hotel on arrival to Tenerife as we hadn’t been sent a code to access the apartments. We were thankful for early check-in but this did cost extra €30 on arrival. Overall we would stay again for a short break but would advise double checking with the provider for check-in details prior to arrival. The view from the balcony was lovely looking over the harbour, very close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Great Location - Needs Modernising

As there is no reception and you receive an Access Code to enter - I emailed up to 13.00 and got the information at 14.42 - Check in was 15.00 so was getting a little worried ! The location is excellent, right opposite the Puerto Colon. The apartment was very spacious, all rooms quite big and the terrace was nice outside too and the grounds are really nice and well maintained.. There were Fans in Bedroom and Sitting Room area. Furniture needs to be updated though - Nice stay all the same

Fantastic location

We stayed in a duplex (2 bedroom) apartment for 5 nights and have enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The location is top drawer with views of palm trees, the marina and out towards the sea. Despite the great location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was really well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, a market and a pharmacy. Aqualand is just a 15min walk away. There’s a direct bus from the airport (number 40) to Estación Adeje and from there it’s about a 15min walk to the property. Make sure to arrive before 10 pm, as there is a staff member at the parking barrier who can assist if needed. Negative: Unfortunately, there was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom despite daily cleaning. I assume this may be due to the building’s age and its old drainage system. Make sure you cover all the sink drains. The staff do not speak English, but communication is easy enough using a translation app. No one answered via WhatsApp or answered our call on arrival. If you’re claustrophobic, avoid booking ground floor studios. We stayed in room 108, which was quite dark, during the day too and the windows can’t be left open as they are actually part of the entrance door. The swimming pool water is not warm however there is a hot jacuzzi . Overall we had a good stay.

I want to thank the entire staff for the warm welcome, clear instructions, and, overall, for the opportunity to relax at a reasonable price in Costa Adena. I really appreciated the location and the condition of the apartments. Everything needed for cooking was provided, except for a kettle, but we didn’t need one. The beds and pillows were excellent. I also liked that even in a studio, there were four distinct areas: a sofa with a TV, a dining table, a sleeping area, and a terrace with a sunshade umbrella and a small table. I was happy to stay with you and hope to return someday!
