Had a lovely week at Estafania, not all facilities open as yet but that didn’t matter. Great Tapas bar/restaurant only a 10 min walk away - Las Tapas. All staff were wonderful, will return.

Gorgeous, new hotel located a short drive away from Costa Adeje. We had a lovely, peaceful and relaxing stay. Loved to watch sunsets from our balcony. Super comfortable and tranquil oasis away from the hassle and bustle of tourists spots. Would highly recommend.

We loved the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is stunning. There are residential flats surrounding the hotel with barking dogs which I did find quite annoying. It is a beautiful hotel but the service is poor in comparison.

Cosy hotel with extremely cosy pool area.

Very nice hotel. 4-5 minutes with Taxti to Golf Course Las Americas. Very short distance from down town Las Americas and Adeje. Extremely nice and cosy pool and outdoor sourroundings. Service at the hotel and pool is just 100%. Only needs a gym and restaurant and then it will be perfect.

Go to this hotel, you really won’t be disappointed! All the staff are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is stunning, gorgeous interiors and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. You can get around quite easy either by car or taxi, but it’s till nicely tucked away, perfect if you want a quiet retreat away. If I had one small critique it would be some of the self catering things could be better (better pots/pans, salt and pepper would also be great) other than that, it was a perfect stay. Worth every penny, will most definitely be returning!

We’ve stayed at the Estefanía hotel for 7 nights. Very beautiful property with a nice swimming pool (heated). Perfectly situated in the middle of everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. No restaurant at the hotel and the snack doesn’t offer a lot of options, which is not bad if it’s homemade but we’ve taken the croquetas, and it was frozen in the middle. I recommend to stay at Estefanía but missing couple of options as a restaurant & a room service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. What can I say, Paco, Danny and Isido are an amazing team that provide world class customer service. The service I’ve received here exceeds my experience in 5 star hotels globally. The hotel has a unique decor and is ideal for a quiet getaway to catch some sun in a boutique clean environment. I love this place because I knw I can come and lay by the pool for a few days and truly have an affordable getaway. This place is really top tier…keep being the best!

A gorgeous hotel with excellent, helpful and friendly staff. I found the place very calming and relaxing throughout. Rooms were stunning, everything you need and almost felt like I had the hotel to myself, it was so peaceful. Huge bathroom and powerful shower which I think sets you up for the day when staying abroad. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a tranquil time away from rowdy tourists. Deano and Renata at the bar and breakfast deserve a pay rise and Ceirdric (excuse spelling) who manages ensured my time went smoothly and perfecto

Such a beautiful hotel with a calm tranquil chilled vibe just what husband and I was looking for away from the hustle and bustle of Tenerife popular resorts. Gorgeous room with everything we needed. Beautiful grounds with 2 lovely pools and fabulous friendly team of people making sure you have everything you need. Just needs more food and drink options with no restaurant or bar facilities on an evening available at the moment. Will be back in a few years to see how it has grown.

The hotel itself is quite clean and its pool is great. however, the number of staff is quite limited, so it took more than 10 minutes to get towel for the pool. Lastly but not least, it is listed as "with bath tub", but the water tank of room is not sufficient for the tub, so we could not take the bath though we selected here as this point was appreciated.

Such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous facilities. The staff members go above and beyond for you at this hotel! It unfortunately is not walking distance into the main centres however the hotel phoned a taxi daily which they arrived within minutes! The only annoyance we had was on the final day a staff member knocked on our door and walked straight in whilst I was topless getting ready for the day. My only feedback was to allow somebody to answer before walking into their room Beautiful hotel would recommend to everyone! Will return ❤️

Excellent room, excellent dining, excellent staff, excellent pool! We spent 7 nights at the hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. In particular, Giakhamo the restaurant/bar manager, his assistant Davida, and also Valentina, all of whom made our stay much more enjoyable. We didn't expect the restaurant and food to be as good as it was - it was outstanding! The room we had was first class with a lovely balcony and view and was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. The only downside to this hotel is the location. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you don't have access to a car it could limit your experience in Chayofa. If the hotel provided night time entertainment they may see more travellers willing to stay and enjoy the hotel more. We will definitely return! 5*

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Juan, the general manager, was not only stunning in his professionalism but also incredibly attentive to every detail of our stay. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, with tastefully decorated rooms and common areas that exuded elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's design and service truly set it apart. Without a doubt, this establishment exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to Juan and his amazing team. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough—it's a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it receives and more.

Brand new hotel with great potential.

Brand new hotel, very clean, still working on the details. Very, very nice, friendly and helping staff (Daniel in particular for his traveling suggestions). Perfect for relaxation. As we just traveled a lot we had not time to benefit of the amenities. Located in a quiet zone, away of commercial and restaurants areas. You need a car or taxi to go to the beach. Parking might be challenging in the future, when filling up with guests, as it is a common area for the neighborhood. Few issues with the hot water, probably a glitch as it is a new hotel. There is a small boiler in the room (might be too small) - make sure it is turned ON. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs and the hill to get to the room. Hopefully will get better when 100% finished.

Really lovely new hotel. The pool area and bar are superb and the staff very helpful and friendly. Such a shame there is still no restaurant on site. This would improve the hotel greatly. The room itself and terrace were well equipped. I don’t agree that the furnishings look cheap. The designs are simple but the place had been decorated with great flare and attention to detail, especially the lighting, It would have been nice to have the option of a meal at the hotel or at least sandwiches, or salads or something, We did not try the breakfast as we were advised by someone that it was not worth the money, but we cannot comment. There are no restaurants nearby that are really nice. Only a simple one serving mediocre food. I would also worry about the availability of parking during peak periods. You need a car to get to the hotel so parking is also required. Whilst there is a car park, no spaces are specifically reserved for hotel customers only. Otherwise the hotel is a gem. Very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and spent many happy hours by the pool on the sunbeds in the morning and cabanas in the afternoon. Maybe not for everyone and a lot of steps, but we loved it!

On the face of it property is lovely however they clearly have teething issues. Some staff are amazing and so helpful and welcoming. One was a let down from check in to departure. He was clearly distracted at check in, no information given. For a four star hotel they need to think about the details for example in my booking and also via a message to them I asked for twin beds (2 females travelling) this had to be asked again when I got to the room. Apparently the minibar - which was just a fridge with sparking and no sparking water which are not complementary, you need to scan a QR code for prices which is not noted anywhere. I assumed at a four start water and coffee in room is complementary… not here! It’s charged to your bill without knowing. I phoned the hotel prior to booking in February and asked about late checkout or facility to freshen up as we had a late flight on departure, I was told this is not a problem if we cannot keep our room they can provide somewhere to freshen up and get changed etc, so I booked. This is not the case. I asked while we were here and was just told no facilities and hotel full. However when I checked the site to book on our departure day they had rooms albeit next level up from ours. But was told no where to use, except poolside shower which is cold and a luggage room to change in! When running a bath or two people having consecutive showers there is not enough hot water. The bath tap dropped off at one point which was resolved.
