"Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead of 4 after cleaning my room the first time."
