Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

This 2/1 is located near everything in Monroe! Close to Antique Alley, St Francis, ULM. (all about 3 miles). Also near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
This is a really cozy 1950's cottage and I've kept a lot of the original charm. There is covered parking and a fully fenced in backyard for your pet. No extra pet fees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook meals. I provide coffee and snacks for all guests. For the babies/infants, there is a new pack and play.

Great Travel Stay

This small cottage has a lot of upgrades. It's an older house and older neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The house has every thing you need. A bonus was having washer and dryer. Would stay again.

Comfy and quaint cottage

This house was perfect for our overnight stay. Comfortable, warm, and cozy. The plugs in the bedrooms need to be changed out but everything else was perfect. The little snack basket was super cute and welcoming and the backyard was stellar for our pups. Would definitely book again.

Weekend trip

My family really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was just right with all of the necessary amenities included. Our dog loved the spacious fenced in yard to roam around in. Highly recommend this location and property manager to anyone looking to stay in the Monroe area.

Central location, ease of access to WM, ULM, Neville, and other spots on the northside. Of you lived here befeore, irs perfect for you! Mandy is great abd highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable!

Super clean and quiet! Stayed here on a fishing trip to area. Although tight, I put a f250 and a 21’ bass boat under cover without unhooking. Will stay here again on return trip in future. Thanks for the nice place!

Great stopover in Monroe

Communication with the host was superb; she was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had. The property is exactly as described, a charming, older-style house. It was the prefect stop for us with our 2 dogs to have a break during a road trip. The yard was large and clean. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept very well.

What we needed.

We were moving from Alabama to Texas with pets. It was exactly what we needed to accommodate our needs for the night. Way better then a hotel. The house was clean, well kept, fairly easy to get to, and easy accessible.

Charming home. Great location and area. The home was perfect for a weekend spent hunting and visiting our college child. It had covered parking for a boat. The yard was nice sized for our dog to run around. The home had all the amenities for cooking a home cooked meal.

Cozy little stay

The house is located in a nice area. It was decorated so nicely and had all the amenities of home. There was a large backyard for the dog to run. I had to contact the homeowner and I received a quick response. Very friendly owner. We stayed for 2 nights.

Oasis

Charming only begins to describe this property! It was the perfect place for us and our 2 doggies to unwind and relax after 2 long days on the road. The house was spotless, the bed comfy, the fenced yard was huge and a great play palace for the pups. The kitchen fully stocked and the neighborhood was quiet and the host very responsive. We’ll definitely be book marking this one for the next time we pass through Louisiana!

Cozy place for a family weekend away

We enjoyed our stay here. There are two lovely trees out front which provide shade to the front deck area all day long, as well as bushes over the living room windows to provide privacy. The decorations were tasteful and creative. The kitchen had what we needed for day-to-day cooking. The house worked well for our two toddlers, including the baby who is just learning to walk and loves to put things in her mouth.
