Pet friendly house with covered parking

This house is so charming and quaint. It was built in the 50's and I purchased this home from the original owners. Although updates have been recently done, I've tried to keep the vintage vibe of the home. It's quite cozy and people say it reminds them of their grandma's home. We are within 3-5 miles from many great restaurants, ULM, Antique Alley and St Francis.
The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a tv. We have direct tv streaming services and wireless internet. All appliances updated in January 2023.
Pets are more than welcomed and there is no extra pet fee.

Cute home away from home!

We came in for my father-in-law’s 93rd birthday and needed a place to stay with our two dogs. The house is very cute and comfortable. It has everything you need and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a softball tournament. House was in a nice location, it was clean and had everything we needed. On the smaller side but I have 2 younger kids so it was fine. Would stay here again.

It was clean and very comfortable! Very nice to have a king size bed. We didn’t do any cooking, but really appreciated the washer/dryer.

Stayed one night on our way through town for our family road trip. House was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is right next to the door which as great for all the stuff that come with traveling with a young child. House was very clean and perfect for what we needed.

Home over hotel

Our family stopped in West Monroe with this precious little house on our way to the beach. It was the perfect stay for us. We each had our own rooms. Plenty of space. We loved everything about it.

Just as listed. We enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. It was clean & smelled nice. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Also had some things that I forgot (like soap for bathing!)… which was wonderful! Check in/out was a breeze.

School Reunion

We wanted to stay close to the 2 places that our school class planned to meet on Friday and Saturday night. This house was Much Better than a Hotel and in an area we were both familiar with. We will plan to stay here again in the near future.

Great house extremely convenient to everythng.

We were there for the National Crappie League Championship as a vendor. Drive was long enough for our truck and trailer. Extremely convenient to the Monroe Civic Center. House was clean and well appointed. Host communicated very quickly and was extremely helpful. If we need to come back to Monroe, we will be staying here again.

Softball Weekend

We were in town for a weekend of softball. Great place to stay and very ckean house. Really enjoyed the stay and we forgot a security camera we travel with to watch our pets when we left. The owner mailed the unit back to us immediately which we really appreciated. Thank you!!

An exceptional clean and comfortable place to stay that is pet friendly. My wife won’t stay if cleanliness is in question, and she thought it looked and smelled great.The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, had a back yard for the pets, easy parking right next to house, just an overall warm feeling place. My wife and I travel between our two homes, one in Oklahoma and the other one on the coast of Florida/Alabama. This is about halfway and lets us get a good nights sleep when traveling between the two. Loved it and will be back!

Overnight stay

The property was very adequate—nothing fancy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs a shower mat as I was worried I would fall in shower without one. Also a shelf to put our toiletries on would’ve been nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. The carport stairs were a bit scary for us as we are older and they were steep.
