"This was our second visit to Desiterra, the site is excellent just as they were last year, staff are fantastic and the spa was bloody lovely! We had a couples massage and it was well worth it. Superb service from everyone and bloody lovely part of the island because it’s quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise! The man who runs the restaurant and bar Sandesh is bloody excellent. Breakfast has a great selection on the menu for everyone. Lunch and dinner options are also great, but we explored a lot more of the island this time round so ate out most days. Room was clean, tidy, and well kitted out. 100% recommend and we will probably go back again! "

"No restaurants within walking distance but The hotel offered a free shuttle both ways to the capital town of Fira (2miles away) where there were plenty of eateries. The concierge booked us 2 incredible excursions - the first was a private guided tour by car around the island (5 hours). The second was a day/sunset catamaran cruise. "

"I loved this place. It is a bit out of the way, but that’s what I enjoyed about it. It is quiet and peaceful which is so nice to come back to at the end of the day exploring the busier areas. Our apartment was also cleaned each day. Elias was also always available to drop us off and pick us up from the bus stop in Kamari. It is also conveniently located close to the airport. The owners are very friendly and my daughters enjoyed the friendly cats in the area."
