"As many have written, Marina was ever present but never being there or in your way.
The villa lived upto everything it said it would be.
Being able to use the pool each day was a joy. As were the shaded areas when needed. Of course the med is just a few metres in front of the villa also.
We found 3 great places to eat all within walking distance 10-15 minutes, plus a small store for essentials like wine and well you know.

"We were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful (Dimitra and Lena) and pointed out how to get around, where to go, recommended restaurants, answered questions etc. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in our travels and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Santorini. The property is a close walk to Fira, and only 20 minutes by bus to Oia. Sunsets are amazing. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices.
It is a very relaxing environment where one can sit with a book by the pool one day and go on a trip the next.
Thank you for an amazing experience at the hotel and we will stay with you again."

"This was our second visit to Desiterra, the site is excellent just as they were last year, staff are fantastic and the spa was bloody lovely! We had a couples massage and it was well worth it.
Superb service from everyone and bloody lovely part of the island because it’s quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise!
The man who runs the restaurant and bar Sandesh is bloody excellent. Breakfast has a great selection on the menu for everyone. Lunch and dinner options are also great, but we explored a lot more of the island this time round so ate out most days.
Room was clean, tidy, and well kitted out. 100% recommend and we will probably go back again! "
