Had an issue out of the hotels control, the manager done he’s best to help us and compensated us with a great boat trip and airport transfer. Perfect location very nice hotel. Did think the drinks were overpriced though.

The Kalisti was in a great location being close to Fira main area, so it was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the bus station. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. I would stay again if I ever visit Santorini.
