Love this place! In a good location (about a 10 minute walk to the city center/bus stop) with great views. They also have a nice pool area with some comfy sunbeds. Definitely enjoyed our time here!

Staff at front desk vey knowledgeable. Great adults only hotel with lovely outdoor pool area, Room a good size with private patio area. The walk into main streets is about 10 min uphill but very walkable. So many shops and restaurants, breakfast options great

The man ( I think he was the owner) was so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was unreal, the view, rooms and pool was amazing, and we will definitely be booking again at this place ! Close to town as well which was super convenient!

I’m absolutely in love with this hotel! We stayed were with my girlfriends and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, the service is outstanding!!! The rooms are clean but kind of small, so at your expectations right! However, the breakfast is something special! The variety, the freshness, and the taste are really great! I would definitely stay here again!!! Also I would like to express my appreciation to the awesome team who mage our stay so enjoyable - Margarita, Yuri, Maria, and Christos!!! Thank you for being awesome!!!

This boutique hotel is so cute and quiet. Has almost everything you need with staff welling to go beyond the call. The food and drinks were really good and prepared with love and reasonable prices to match. We stayed in the Hot tub suits which were really nice. If you want total privacy this is not the area you want bc it oversees the neighboring hotels but this section is well worth it if you can get past that part.

Callia Retreat Suites was perfect for us on our trip to Santorini. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into the main town in Fira which has beautiful sunsets and plentiful food, drink and shopping options. Due to its location the retreat is quiet and serene which is perfect to enjoy its beautiful pool, of which there were always plenty of lounger and seat options available. There was bar service available poolside with a food menu which was fantastic and reasonably priced compared to most bars in town - recommend the Pina Coladas! Christos and Margarita and their entire staff were lovely and friendly and provided fantastic customer service. Margarita helped us plan the perfect trip up to Oia to see the famous sunset. The team was very hospitable - Christos came around with some complimentary shots a couple of times which was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean. However, I would say that the shower not having a door was mildly inconvenient as the bathroom floor would get wet. I would also say that the poolside could be quite slippery, even in shoes, and would suggest that visitors are notified upon checkin so they can be careful and that the surface be changed to something non-slip. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to stay here again should we ever be lucky enough to return to the lovely island of Santorini.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel

Absolutely lovely little hotel, just far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to everything. The people at Callia are so welcoming, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Just got back from a 6 night stay here. This hotel was perfect in every way. When we arrived we were greeted by Christos who made us feel so welcome, he printed off a bus time table, gave us a map and recommended us everything to do on the island, such a places to visit and the best restaurants. After checking in he showed us our room which was modern airy and clean with a comfy bed and had a nice outside area to sit. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of beds to sit on, good music food and cocktails. Christos would regularly bring round complementary shots for everyone by the pool. Breakfast had wide variety of food from Greek yogurt to homemade omelettes and doughnuts, every morning had something different. Location is perfect, in a nice and quiet area, away from the busy streets and about a 8-10 minute walk to Fira centre and bus station The hotel helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. All the staff and managers are some of the nicest people I have met during my travels, they are kind, always smiling and really make you feel so welcome, they definitely made our trip to Santorini more special. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time we visit Santorini

Area is nice and quiet. 5 minute walk from the town center. We were disappointed with the morning staff being inflexible with opening the breakfast area to us to grab a coffee and some breakfast before we had to catch the bus for our flight out. This was even with us asking for a few extra minutes the day before.

Executive room was good. Downside was no shade to get out of the sun. This also applies to the pool area where the umbrellas are inadequate. Breakfast had a decent choice but was open to the elements with lots of flys unhygienic and unacceptable. Short walk if you are fit to Fira on a very unsafe road. Photos look nice but tired cushions and loungers in reality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

Molto accogliente ,la reception con personale qualificato e gentile, ci hanno fatto trattenere i bagagli in stanza aspettando che si facesse l’ora per prendere l’aereo e ci hanno offerto anche delle bevande Colazione eccellente ,bellissima la piscina con lettini a sfioro , disponibili in camera anche gli asciugamani per i lettini della piscina Il centro e’ facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti ,ci ritornerei con piacere,prendendo una stanza di categoria superiore perché la nostra era un po’ piccola.

A suite escolhida era com uma piscina privativa que não tinha nada de privacidade. O banheiro com o chuveiro alaga todo o quarto e o pior foi não ter o atendimento da recepção para resolver o problema, ou ainda, acharem que estávamos inventando a história.

Desde la recogida en el ferry todo fue bueno, mi llegada al hotel supero todas mis expectativas, margarita de recepcion y fion la chica del bar fueron demasiado amables, nos recibieron con te, nos mostraron las habitaciones cual queriamos escoger, se preocuparon cada dia por hacer nuestra estancia maravillosa, el desayuno todos los dias delicioso variado, la limpieza demasiado buena. Bait and switch

We purchased a suite for 3 people with a queen bed and couch. We received a small studio with the bed and couch 3 ft(1 m) apart. No way room for 3 people. The hotel was empty but would not give us the room we paid for. There was zero maid service. I had to wait 1 hour for toiletries in the evening and missed my sunset dinner. This made my GF walk alone in a foreign country to dinner. My friends came over the first day, and the manager said they have to leave, even though I paid for 3 people, but only had 2 stay because the room was small(not the room I purchased). We felt unwelcome and left asap.
