"Breakfast (although an omelette or scrambled eggs without cheese would have been nice). Staff - super nice, flexible, attentive, and transparent. Clean facilities - room, lobby, fitness centre, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel might be better placed on the back wall of the shower though, as a big person I didn’t care to take my shower sideways 😄."

"We just had the most amazing magical week celebrating the new year at The Hockley Hideaway! Kelly was always quick to respond to any question. The cabin was beautifully decorated and very festive. Tons of amenities and lovely setting. Close to hiking, skiing and wonderful restaurants! We can’t wait to visit again!"

"I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful! "
