"Beautiful we loved the proximity to everything. It would have been easier to access via the back door with luggage, etc. A small round dining table would be more appropriate than high stools. The bed was comfy but you rolled to the middle."

"Beautifully furnished property. But some shortcomings in that there were few instructions for access to garage or appliances. Some windows were difficult to open, and the gas cooktop didnt work. Just needs a good check before letting ,otherwise a very lovely stay."

"Gorgeous studio on a very lovely farm just outside of Orange. It makes a fantastic base for activities in the area, especially FOOD Week. Close enough to all the amenities Orange has to offer, yet far enough to feel the peace and quiet of the countryside. The studio is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved our weekend stay."

"good location, well kept attractive garden security etc all good. one thing to pass on to owners - albeit great to have clean rooms the smell of chlorine from the cleaning products was overpowering, i get a bit nauseous from chlorine fumes- had to have all doors and window max opened just to be in the room. kinda bummed what would otherwise be a really good experience...... easy fixed, change cleaning products???"

"We did for the second time stay here and the property owners are great people, but on our last stay with 2 weeks prior notice had to bring the dates forward by 1 day and was charged $70 for the change , we will not be using Stayz ever again."

"They certainly catered for your every need. Can't think of a thing that I needed which wasn't there. Kitchen had everything (except a silicon flipper for your eggs). They even has a x3 makeup mirror. I was impressed with that. The only issue we had was with the hard beds, as we are use to softer ones."

"Everything was as advertised and much more! Ideal for a couple of (older) people! Everything needed was in the Cottage ! Heated floor in the bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine including fresh coffee beans even fresh milk, Bed very confortable with plenty of blankets if need ! Greatly recommended and the host Simon was wonderful and we also were called to feed the lamas and horse ! Fabulous place to recommend !"
