"The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location, near Cook Park. We were warm despite the cold early Spring nights. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a 7kW AC EV charger, which we would have happily paid to use. "

" A Comforting Stay Near Orange Hospital Our recent stay at The Black & White Room at The Elm Apartments: from Saturday, May 24th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, provided immense comfort during an already stressful trip. With my father in Orange Hospital, the Elm apartment's were the ideal location . It was truly a relief to have such a lovely place to rest and recharge. "We enjoyed the relative ‘newness’ of the Elm Apartments. The high ceilings definitely gave a lovely feeling of space as did the very generous size bathroom, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I appreciated that it also offered a washing machine, however the external line was dirty with lots of cobwebs etc as was the track and the sliding door to the courtyard. I decided to make use of the clothes airer, however it was damaged."
