We discovered there were no wardrobe or cupboard/draw facilities available for guests, just some small hanging in the bathroom was offered. She explained this complied with a different well known businesses rental standards which we had never used. For example, coats, handbags, shoes and other personal effects were left on display. The location was great, equipment good (bbq needs servicing, host advised). We have rented many VBRO properties with great success all depersonalised. "
