All staff were friendly and caring. Waitress Sato was in particular impressive and spoke good English which in fact was not too common for onsen hotels.

Break in the middle of snowy mountains
A hide-away with history in the middle of snowy mountains. Excellent food, nice bath, friendly and very helpful staff.

A peaceful and quaint place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. A pity the rooms are rather rundown. However the meals were really one of the best served!

七宝倶楽部の部屋に宿泊しましたが、源泉かけ流しの部屋風呂がとても良かったです。朝食は地元食材がいろいろ味わうことができ美味しかったのですが、テーブルが狭く、食べ終わった食器を下げるサービスがなかったので、使い終わった食器を置くスペース（棚のようなもの？）があったらいいのにと思いました。

服務好，温泉也不錯。 特別要讚酒店接駁車司機，因到達瀨見温泉站時正下大雪，而我們並沒有預約酒店接駁車，正在為如何前往酒店擔心時，突然有人詢問是否去觀松館？原來他帶了今天會入住的客人名單等待。真是很貼心的服務。

コスパ良し
全体として十分に満足です。夕食は、（プランによると思うが）ご飯と汁物はセルフでとるスタイルだった。配膳を気にしないで良いのでむしろ良かった。夕食は非常においしかった。しいて言えば、泊まった部屋にコンセントがあまりなかった。

静かでゆったいとした気持ちの良い空間でした。 料理は、朝夕とも、量・質・味全てにおいて満足。 大変美味しかったです。 夕飯二晩全く被りなしは立派です。1日目のお刺身、 地場マッシュルーム焼き、2日目の金目の煮つけ、 茶碗蒸し、朝のネギ味噌、温泉卵、お漬物、カレー は特に美味しかったです。新米2種も粋でしたし、 出汁茶漬けにすると又各お米のうま味を再発見でき ました。 湯船はお世辞にも大きいとは言えませんが、泉種は 柔らかく、肌がつやつやになります。 流石、現上皇陛下、天皇陛下、秋篠宮殿下が行幸 された温泉です。 カランへの給湯ポンプの故障がかえすがえすも残念 です。機械に故障はつきものですが、兆候は出てた のでは。と言う気もいたします。 車で訪れる方が多いと存じますが、汽車も風情があって お勧めです。駅から歩いて7,8分ほど良い距離です。 歩道も整備されておりますので、お勧めです。 （ただし、豪雪地帯ですので冬は如何かと。） 近隣の新庄もこれと言った観光名所はありませんが、 良い意味で古い町並み、民話の道、程よい大きさと 散策に最適です。歴史記念館はお勧めです。2泊でも 十分楽しめます。

有歷史的溫泉旅館，從櫃檯到餐廳服務人員，都很熱情親切，環境乾淨 晚餐 懷石料理好吃 大部分旅客都是日本人，附近有免費泡腳池 推 👍

宿周辺は何もなく、川の音だけが聞こえて来るような環境。 建物が古く、温泉自体も特筆するべきところは無かったが、食事だけは非常に美味しく満足のいくものでした。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしいとの口コミが有りましたが、ベテランらしき人は少なく、若い人や外国人の方が多い感じがしました。また、人手不足なのか随所にセルフサービスのコストダウンを図ったようなシステムが有ったのが印象的でした。（コーヒーやお茶菓子、浴衣等）

良いところ他の方が書いてある通り食事はとても美味しいです。 個人的に良かったのお部屋に氷水が置いてあったことです。汗をかいた後やお酒を飲む人はとても助かります。　 お値段以上だと感じました。

Hotel d'antan au très bon rapport qualité prix
L'hôtel à vieilliais conserve du Charmz. Il y a accès à beaucoup de service ( onsen, repas kaseki, ping pong, karaoke). Le personnel est agréable. Le repas était excellent et copieux. Il met à l'honneur les produits locaux. Le petit dejeuner buffet était varie, copieux et non. Notre chambre avec le fauteuil massant était très bien: grande avec vue sur laintagne et la rivière. Des yukata plus grandes tailles seraient un plus. Un petit rafraîchissement des murs et des moquettes pourraient être envisagées mais c'est un détail, c'était propre. Les futons pourraient être un peu plus épais. Mais honnêtement le rapport qualité prix était très très bon et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Les points indiqués avant ne sont que des points d'améliorations qui ne remettent pas du tout en cause la qualité de l'établissement.

温泉付きの部屋でくつろぎの滞在
温泉付きの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋の中は、温泉を含めてとても快適でしたが、建物の造りのせいか、上の階の物音がものすごく響いてきて、この点がかなり残念。

スタッフの方々みなさん丁寧でとても過ごしやすかったです。お料理もとても美味しくて感動しました。 旅館自体がとても山奥で周辺に観光地らしきものは皆無といっても良いです。 お風呂はこじんまりとしています。周辺に何も無いので露天風呂はもう少し開放的でもいいのにと思いました。
