"This hotel is located in a great location. It is close to all the craziness of Shibuya Square but far enough to be away from all the noise!!! There is only 1 elevator and it takes a very long time. You need to plan for it if you need to use the elevator in the morning. They do have laundry on the second floor, the dryer will NOT dry your close!!! Be advised!!! There is a laundromat near by, about 5 minutes walk away. It was very difficult to get a wake up call. I had to ask the staff on 3 separate occasions on how to set up a wake up call. They need to have directions by the room telephone on how to set up a wake call. "

"The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent, is in front of the train station. The bed is a bit hard and the curtain in the bathroom was smelling, but overall is good. "

"Great location with lots of dining and transportation nearby. Quiet and lots of amenities. It is an apartment so there isn’t hotel staff but anytime you need anything they are available and responsive."

"Everything was exceptional however the rooms are a bit on the smaller side making it perfect for single person travelers. If you do have you and another person it will be a bit cramped in a single room. One thing was the air conditioning, I wasnt sure if it was working sometimes because sometimes the room would get a little hot to where you can notice it. Other than that the staff are very helpful for English speakers, and if you don’t speak Japanese a translator app will also be just as helpful. There is a laundromat in that area however it is a good walk away so I recommend going early in the morning. The station is very closeby perfect for getting to a city that you want to visit. "
