"Super friendly staff and even got us checked in 4 hours early. Room was clean and there was free coffee downstairs in the morning "

"The location wasn't bad at all, it was the front desk staff that did not take my complaint seriously when I told them of prior water damage in my room and advised them of the poor condition and that the room should not be rented out. Not only did they not switch out my room the front staff continued to charge me full price for my room. There was large gaps with debris stuck in the floor boards where there was prior water damage, painted over damage to the drywall in bathroom,and the shelf over the toilet was barely hanging on. Overall, horrible experience as it felt unhygienic to walk on that floor."

"Train to the hotel was super convenient. The bed was so cozy, I was sad to leave it so early to catch a flight. Great food in the lounge too. "

"The shuttle is a real bonus. There are late night dining options and breakfast. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, staff is friendly, and check in and check out are very seamless. We felt rested for the next leg of our journey. "

"It was certainly a full service room...stove top, fridge,, microwave, kettle, frying pans, coffee maker. The bedroom with smoked glass doors to pull across was lovely. Could have used more lighting in the bedroom "
