There was a very convenient restaurant located on the property which had excellent food for breakfast and lunch. Oxxo was just one block away"

"Location, location, location. Right on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The hosts are always as accommodating as they can be based on the bookings of the unit. The staff if the condos are friendly and helpful. The unit and entire complex is clean. The price isn't bad and the property is located on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The only downside is the constant drone of the air conditioning system of the adjoining hotel. At least the sound is consistent so you do kind of get accustomed to it."

"I want to start with, PV is safe! Whatever happened was a one day thing and we did not see anything more or feel scared or worried once. The people are absolutely lovely and everything is safe. Especially in this magical spot! This condo is in the perfect place. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular, just like a postcard! We saw whales jumping on many occasions too! The balcony is amazing to see the sunset, sunrise, and to eat or enjoy a coffee. We were a bit surprised by the condo not having 2 bedrooms. It is more like one bedroom and then sleeping area in the main room. This suited us fine since we travelled with kids but if it was 2 couples then you might want more privacy. That being said, we loved the beds (King & Double) and there were plenty of sheets and blankets and towels to use. There is laundry in the building too! Everything you need is there to enjoy! All the necessities in the kitchen, including condiments, etc. Great WiFi for all devices. You can also get WiFi at the pool and around. Kimberley was a great host and easy to reach with any problems and she even let us know about when the live music nights were and how to get to town on the bus that stops right in front, for 10 pesos!!! She let us know about a power outage that was scheduled one day and a few other special events! The staff all around are lovely. The restaurant is great! They even have a shop on site for essentials. We will definitely return! Greatest vacation!!! "

Everything was just a short drive or quick Uber ride away—and Ubers come right to the door, making it super convenient to get around.Pool & Patio: 10This was hands down our favorite part. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Service: 10The property owner Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach, always responsive to any questions or needs we had. The housekeeping and pool staff were also wonderful—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. "We had an absolute amazing time here. Fide, Rogelio and Carmen were top notch. Food was amazing, beach and town were great, and taxi team was very friendly. Jose Alfonso was great with communication also as this was our first time to PV. We felt VERY SAFE! We will be back for sure. We miss it already and miss Fide and Rogelio. :)"
