"The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go back to eat there. "
"I recently stayed at the Ruby Emma and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the RAI Convention Centre and perfectly located for getting around Amsterdam. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast was terrific, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. It’s also very easy to reach from Schiphol Airport, making travel stress-free. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays."
"Very recommended. Close to metro station, restaurant with limited menu however has good quality and flavour. Clean, bright, has laundry facilities. Good value."
"Small room typical of Europe. No safe or microwave. Very close to casual restaurants subway and RAI convention center. Stylish hotel and very friendly staff. Good value. "
