Serenity on the Fairway: 3BR w/ Golf Carts at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!

Welcome to 1365 Ravens Run! This beautiful home is located on the Bayside of the Sandestin Resort. There is seating for two on the front porch to enjoy fresh air .This unit is truly a home away from home for our guest! Upon entering, there is an open floor plan that brings you in to the dinning area that seats 6 and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, granite counter tops and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is breakfast bar that seats a total of three. The living room area has plenty of space and seating as well as large windows for natural lighting. The master bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed with an en-suite full-sized bathroom. The first guest room has a king-sized bed with a full bathroom as well. The second guest bedroom sleeps a total of 3 with a bunks bed and additional twin-sized bed. There is also a second full-sized guest bathroom. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or some quiet time on the screen-in back porch that seats a total of four.

*The home also offers a golf cart that seats 6 for easy transportation around the resort! The first golf cart will be included with your stay, while the second is an additional $100/night. Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
