"The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort."

The staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities are great, easy access to the parks and transportation. Just overall wonderful! "
