"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."
"The hotel is in Korea Town, My-Dinh, Hanoi. So, it is very convenient for Korean. The staff are very friendly and speak Korean well, the room is clean.. so there is no inconvenience."
"2nd floor room is very noisy since it is right by the dining area. We had to check out one day earlier because of the noise. Higher floor room maybe better "

"Clean, professionally run hotel. Corporate in a good way. Good staff. Good room. Great hot water. Very good pool. Lots of nice Japanese touches. Right near Pizza 4p and some good convenience stores. Very quiet. Recommended. "
"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "

"Hotel was very accommodating to our family. They were being refurbished so many things were brand new in our room but also were not 100% ready for guest. They still allowed our family to stay to avoid the hassle of an additional reservation. I was so appreciative of that. Very friendly and helped direct us to local activities. The location is very busy during rush hour and can be intimidating to navigate so I would not recommend the stay to a family with small children or elderly relatives. "
