"Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it...

"What a lovely little place to rest our heads for a couple of days, in a beautiful little neighbourhood, pictures don’t do it justice. We’re on a Road Trip across the US and this place was lovely and homely. Small, but has everything you need and close to everything. Great host too, highly recommended."

"Our host was so helpful and kind. The house was wonderful, bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was the noise from a night club about a block away but it was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again. "
"This home was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do in Memphis! Grocery store, coffee shop, Beale St, Graceland, Bass Pro Pyramid-never more than 20 minutes away!Sheets and towels were clean and plentiful.Game tables and putting green were a hit with the young and old.Walls and carpet were not the cleanest, looked like a lived in home.We loved the charm and character of the property and would stay here again!"
