"Our room was small but quite sufficient as we were out most of the time. The bathroom was small but served it's purpose well. Our room, though on the 9th floor, was on the railway side so you could hear the trains. An easy solution, sleeping was earplugs. The a/c was perfect and allowed for a cool room for sleeping. This property was convenient and getting the train was a short walk to Shiodome Station. Hamankyu Garden is worth a stroll and very close by, entry is ¥300. The staff were all helpful and happy to assist. "

"This is the 2nd Prince Hotel we stayed. It is much better than the one we stayed in Hiroshima. The 2-bed club room we stayed in was roomy and with 2 chairs and a little crunch. All furniture and room are well maintained. We were able to get into the swirl pool but it is "NOT" the normal Japanese public bath. However, the free massage chairs in the "Relaxing" area were good. I fell in love with the lounge hopping among the 3 hotels. Personally I love the one in Sakura Tower as it offers better whiskeys and Dassai 39 junmai daiginjo. Also like the way they have all proper glasses in the fridge. We found the shuttle bus goes around their hotels are convenient; the driver is polite and friendly. The garden among the 3 hotels is top notch Japanese style and well kept and maintained. Staffs are all friendly and helpful."
