"We needed to check in before a funeral viewing and they accommodated an early check-in.The room was clean and they weren’t stingy with the towels etc. loved the fact that if we forget anything at home, i.e toothpaste etc. they will provide…not that we needed anything but many hotels don’t offer that option. Lots of accessible parking without having to pay to park was an amazing option. Many breakfast options and breakfast was fresh and tasty…loved the pancake machine, what an incredible idea. This hotel is eco friendly as they have soaps, shampoo and lotions in pump bottles so there’s no waste. The staff was courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to all staff who help this hotel run like a well oiled machine."

We absolutely plan on coming back soon, the fact that the go train is right near by makes getting there and travelling to anywhere in the city we needed to be was incredibly easy. Everything was immaculately cleaned and the staff were all so helpful and friendly"

"I decided on Tru by Hilton mainly due to the costs for hotels in Toronto across the 2 weeks I was there. I was unsure since it was near the airport but not close. I shouldn't have worried. The hotel shuttle was great and came with in 10 minutes late at night when I arrived, I had a slight issue with the fact I had to call and I couldn't use my phone for that but happily the hotel had provided a WhatsApp number that was answered and they were happy to book the shuttle. The hotel is fun and welcoming and with a really nice breakfast, free coffee and a small market type shop that the receptionists run it had all you needed. There was also a water fountain and ice machine. The room was spacious and comfortable for a single or 2 people, only struggle would hanger space but I was fine. Yes it it isnt n anything other than the airport but there are bus stops only 5-10 mins walk away that then take you to Mississauga and Square One or up to the Malton Go station then in to the city both were easy to navigate and i used these almost daily with a Presto card with no issue. Eating was either an uber or lyft to further along Dixie Road to Denny's or many other food options or in Toronto or Mississauga which both have plenty to choose from. Coming back at night was fine there were always workers or people waiting on buses so I felt safe enough. Probably the only issue people might have is the plane noise which is loud but you are next to an airport it isnt surprising but was fine"

"Super easy check-in very nice property clean comfortable beds. Right over the landing strip of Pearson, but you can’t hear a thing. Also, a number of restaurants close by if you need a meal and a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Every staff member on check-in checkout and the shuttle driver were all super nice"
