"The kitchen had no toaster, cutting knives, very few cooking pots and pans, no blender. Only four large plates, 3 bowls. The Keurig coffee pods were old, some of them appeared to be spoiled. There was no salt or pepper. Very ill-equipped kitchen.Not all the bathrooms had hand soap or shower soapSome of the towels had stains. There was no indoor mat to place snow impacted shoes.We were planning on having Thanksgiving celebration at our VRBO, but as there were not enough cooking items, not enough plates on which to eat, we had to make other arrangementsI communicated this to the host when we departed."

"The dead of winter is not necessarily the best time to visit the Twin Cities, but the "Castle" was an excellent place to have our large extended family stay as we attended the memorial service for our 96 year old mother, grandmother and great grandmother. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and everything for a comfortable stay was provided. Our hosts were attentive and available when we had a question. Check in and out went smoothly and everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Thank you, Rachel and Charlie for making our stay warm and relaxing. We were able to enjoy our time together and celebrate the wonderful life of an amazing person who was so important in our lives."

"Cute little house in the perfect location to an event we attended. We were able to walk and it felt safe. The only issues we had, were the bathroom doesn’t have any light. It has two nightlights, but we attended a 5k that took place at night, so we had to shower in the dark. Not an easy task. Otherwise, it was cute and perfect for what we needed. Oh, the other thing. It states it’s a 4 bed VRBO, but not sure where the 4th bed is? Unless they are counting the couch as a bed?"
